Our History
In 1999, Bonnie & Steven Carroll founded Innovative Building Solutions, an agency specializing in high-performance building materials and systems. Their focus is on enhancing overall building envelope performance, with an emphasis on energy conservation and long-term sustainability, particularly in roofing and waterproofing.
Over time, we've undergone various changes, including welcoming Nicole & Larry Price to our team. However, our core goals have remained unchanged: to equip our customers with the necessary tools and expertise to tackle the challenges they encounter in new construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
